Serve in the Bahamas – Live Aboard a Mission Ship for 3–12 Months

For just $100 per week, your lodging, food, and local transportation are covered as you join Marine Reach Global to prepare M/V Pacific Hope for medical outreach across the islands.

M/V Pacific Hope is preparing for a new season of medical, dental, and vision outreach—bringing care and hope to underserved communities across the Bahamas.
Before we launch these missions, we need a dedicated volunteer crew who can help get the vessel mission-ready.

As part of your service, you may participate in local outreach efforts:

  • Distribution programs
  • Community support
  • Helping host small teams

Ministry activities (optional but welcomed)

What’s Included for $100/Week

Your weekly contribution helps sustain life onboard and includes:

  • Lodging aboard M/V Pacific Hope
  • Three meals a day
  • Local transportation for errands, ship needs, or outreach events

This is not a paid position.
It’s a mission-based volunteer experience designed to keep costs low while maximizing impact.

What You’ll Do as a Volunteer Crew Member

Ship Operations & Deck Work

  • Cleaning, painting, and maintaining exterior and interior ship spaces
  • Assisting deck crew with daily vessel tasks
  • Supporting safety and organization aboard the ship

Interior & Clinic Prep

  • Cleaning and organizing medical, dental, and vision clinic spaces
  • Inventorying supplies
  • Helping restore and prepare rooms for outreach teams

Engineering Support

(No experience required — training provided)

  • Assisting the onboard engineer with light tasks
  • Basic maintenance and repairs
  • Keeping engine room spaces organized and safe

Community Outreach

  • As part of your service, you may participate in local outreach efforts:

    • Distribution programs
    • Community support
    • Helping host small teams
    • Ministry activities (optional but welcomed)
